Opa has been around for many years and they have never disappointed the taste buds. Inside the restaurant is decorated nicely and does make you feel a little like you are in Greece. One item I have to get every time is the Panzaria. It's beet salad and this walnut dip served with pita and it's to die for. The server Kelly let me know that they use fresh beets and peel them every morning so you know there is care put into their dishes. Greek salad is also great and the portions are plentiful. One critique would be the rice, it feels like they use ready rice but I think in the past they used long grain rice. Overall a great food experience

Opa grills is so good! The food is unbelievably good! I have not had an item from opa grill that I have not liked. They have more authentic food which is full of flavor and is very filling. One item that you must try is the appetizer of the cheese that they set on fire. It is so good we usually order 2 or 3 for the table to share. Some other items that I have tried that are must the lamb lollipops, the fish sticks, and the chicken wrap. The service is good but there have been a few times where our waitress might not have had the best day but they still did a good job. The ambiance is clean, bright, and very on theme for the restaurant that they are running. We go to Opa grill at least once a month and will continue to visit and explore the menu.

This is a solid Greek restaurant nestled in the western side of Parker. As I had a pleasure of utilizing this business for a quick to-go (as a late lunch/early dinner before I'd go in for a job assignment at a nearby business), I wanted to feed my somewhat empty stomach with something quality. You can never go wrong with something Mediterranean or Greek as their cuisine's focus is almost always "healthy eating". With that said, it's almost always freshly made (to order) with single sourced quality olive oils with beans and herbs and etc. It's been my go-to food for years now. Now let's talk about the restaurant itself, shall we? Location: Conveniently located on Lincoln Ave on the west side of Parker Rd. Prime location in the heart of Parker and yet, when standing in front of the restaurant, it somehow gives a quiet neighborhood feel. Outdoor seating (as long as the weather permits) is available on the west of side of the building. Inside: CLEAN and somewhat spacious. And it is not overly cramped with a bunch of tables. The bar is small and yet if you show up as a single diner, you can easily sit there and get the uninterrupted attention from the restaurant staff. Menu: I only got to see the lunch menu and it's a good size. From Meze to Salands to Lunch Specialties to Sandwiches, there are enough items where you'll find what will suit your palate and taste buds. What I got me: One item from Meze: Hummus and for the main, I picked Moussaka from the Lunch Specialties section. The prices are very decent. With two items, the total came to $25 with some change. Portion sizes: GOOD! My main (Moussaka) came in three different container which surprised me. Hummus' portion size was decent as well. Quality: Very solid. The potatoes and eggplant were perfectly cooked and layered on top of each other right underneath the ground chunk beef. The creamy bechamel sauce was on top of everything looking as creamy as it could get. The pita bread pieces that accompanied the main had the texture that of mochi which I truly enjoyed. Humus tasted very authentic as well. It's not as creamy as the hummus I had eaten at different restaurants before and yet, this was probably the most authentic hummus as people who are well-versed in this cuisine know of (I hope I'm saying it right from the standpoint of an Asian person who might not know so well about the trueness of the Mediterranean cuisine.) Service: Was very quick. At the time of the visit, it was almost 2:40pm. It was well past the peak lunch time. Maybe that was why my food came out in a matter of 5 minutes. I'm curious to know how efficient they are during the peak time. This place deserves a solid 4-star review.

Food gets a 4.5, but I'll round up. Best Greek food since we've been in Colorado. Granted, it's also kind of the only Greek food we've had nearby. Dolmades and spanakopita both have really good flavor and will get both again. Side salad was good; soup was salty. Gyro platter isn't huge, but we ended up with plenty of food, and the meat is cut thick and tasted delicious. Rice is fine too. We could do without the side veggie, which was a disjointed combination of potatoes, peas, green beans, and maybe other things. My wife had one potato, while I had five. Pita and tzatziki were both really good too. Ambiance and service gets a 2.5-3. I had hoped for a nicer place for date night, but it's one big room with a bunch of tables packed in, lights are real bright, and the lack of curtains or anything remind you that you're in a strip center. Don't get me wrong, pricing was very reasonable for the setting, but I was hoping for a little nicer experience. Service was ok, if not a little inconsistent, and they were so busy, I can't say anyone was particularly friendly. Menu isn't huge, but at least I guess they focus on what they can do well. That said, given the overall quality of the food, I'm sure we'll be back.

As you can tell by the plethora of reviews, this is a spot to drop into. My favorite local restaurant in all of Parker, Colorado in addition to JuJu's Coffee! Consisent high quality Greek food at a more than fair price. EXCELLENT!

Excellent service and family friendly. Kids got a menu to color and crayons. They offer all the basic things kids like typically- cheeseburger & fries, pizza puffs ect My husband and I each had the gyro with a side Greek salad instead of fries. Both so flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend!! The pita bread tasted homemade- was warm and soft. They must make their salad dressing and tzatziki sauce in house. I believe at lunch it was only about $13.99 !! They also had quite the bar selection if you want that. And the desserts looked awesome but we didn't have room.

Opa! This is a great casual option for when you're craving Mediterranean cuisine in Parker, Colorado. We came in for lunch on a Saturday around noon and although it was busy we were still able to be sat right away, and the food came out relatively quickly. I went with the Lamb Chops Lunch Special ($20.99) which came with three lamb chops, basmati rice, cooked vegetables (carrots, green beans, and peas), pita bread, and your choice of either Greek salad or soup. I went with the Avgolemono Soup (Traditional chicken & rice soup flavored with lemon and egg) and it was DELICIOUS! Don't let looks deceive you, it's perfect for a cold day, it also has a black pepper kick to it, and I hope you love it as much as I now do. The next time I come here for lunch, I'd order the Lamb Lollipops appetizer for $15.99 plus the larger bowl of the Avgolemono soup for $5.99, as those were my two favorite things. My mom was obsessed with their Greek salad that came on the side of her Gyros Sandwich ($13.99) and she noted that when she returns she'll just order the Greek Salad- mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
